Delivery, Acceptance of Order

Vitapess Ltd will inform the reseller of the details of the order after contacting the reseller. The reseller accepts the delivery/acceptance method by placing the order. Vitapess Ltd. will inform the reseller of the details of the delivery immediately after the order has been placed. Payment method: after placing the order, as agreed in advance.

The reseller is obliged to check the goods in detail at the time of delivery/acceptance and to sign the receipt in the event of complete delivery/acceptance. After that, we are not able to accept any complaints about defects.

Right of withdrawal

In the case of a distance contract, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, i.e. if the goods are returned to us undamaged within 14 days, we will refund the purchase price. As a general rule, the day of receipt of the goods does not count towards the above time limit. You may communicate your intention to withdraw from the contract in person, by telephone, by post, by sending a clear declaration by e-mail or by using the model declaration in the annex to Government Decree No. 45/2014 (26.II.).

Please make sure that the goods are undamaged each time you receive them, because in case of withdrawal we can only buy back undamaged products! The consumer bears the costs incurred in returning the goods as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal. No other costs are charged to the consumer.

Amennyiben a jelen „Általános Vásárlási Feltételek” valamely rendelkezése érvénytelen lenne, az a továbbiakban nem alkalmazható és az érvénytelen rendelkezés helyett a törvényi előírások az irányadóak azzal, hogy a fentiekkel nem érintett rendelkezések továbbra is teljes hatállyal bírnak.

Minőségi kifogás esetén, a fogyasztói jogvita bírósági eljáráson kívüli rendezése érdekében a fogyasztó jogosult a lakóhelye vagy tartózkodási helye, ennek hiányában a fogyasztói jogvitával érintett vállalkozás vagy az annak képviseletére feljogosított szerv székhelye szerinti békéltető testület eljárását igénybe venni.
